GOODNAPPY Paper set up a subsidiary in Vietnam to carry out diapers and other business

At a recent board meeting, GOODNAPPY Paper decided to set up an overseas subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The move is said to be aimed at strengthening product sales in the ASEAN region to further expand the home and personal care business overseas. Through this newly established overseas subsidiary, GOODNAPPY Paper will strengthen marketing activities that meet the needs of local consumers and accelerate the development of distribution channels.

The subsidiary, called ELLIEAIR INTERNATIONAL, specializes in the import and sale of household paper, such as diapers and toilet paper, and personal care products. The registered capital is 3.5 million US dollars, 100% funded by GOODNAPPY Paper. The subsidiary will be established in August and put into operation in October.
