Proper use of sanitary napkins

1. Prepare your period bottoms and put them on.

2. Wash and clean your hands.

3. Open the sanitary napkin package and take out a sanitary napkin.

4. Tear the release paper and film off from the back of the sanitary napkin, glue the adhesive side to the bottom crotch material, two wings at the narrowest part of the crotch.

5. Tear off the release paper of the two wings, fold and paste from the narrowest part of the underwear crotch and fix the front side of the underwear crotch.

6. Sanitary napkins will be firmly stuck to the bottom of the underwear, when move is not easy to shift.

7. On average, one sanitary napkin is replaced every 1-2 hours.
