Product performance: Without fluff pulp and with fluff pulp diapers

At present, in the market, diapers with fluff pulp will have a slight advantage in water absorption performance due to the characteristics of fluff pulp. Diapers with fluff pulp are fixed on a matrix composed of fluff pulp by SAP, ensuring good core integrity and possessing good temporary water storage, transportation, and permeability performance. The capillary action of fluff pulp also provides good diffusion performance for the pore structure in the core, allowing the liquid to be quickly absorbed and penetrated, which helps to fully exert its water absorption performance, resulting in strong water absorption performance.

And diapers without fluff pulp are bonded together with non-woven fabric and SAP using hot melt adhesive. Due to the lack of fluff pulp, there are shortcomings in water delivery and temporary liquid storage performance, which may result in poor liquid diffusion and conductivity, leading to relatively low utilization efficiency of the core and affecting water absorption performance.
