Diapers without fluffy pulp core

Unlike the traditional combination of fluff pulp and SAP absorbent core, the core without fluff pulp does not contain any fluff pulp. It is generally a type of absorbent core made by bonding SAP and non-woven fabric together with hot melt adhesive. This absorption core has very high technical requirements and difficulties for the uniform distribution and fixation of SAP particles. There are also a few core technologies that do not require the use of hot melt adhesive, but instead fix SAP in "pockets" without hot melt adhesive by using grid like elastic materials, and disperse SAP intervals with ultrasound.

Diapers containing fluff pulp require a large amount of energy to be consumed for the fiber breaking and transportation of wood pulp, and excellent core design often requires complex molding wheel systems, resulting in high production costs. Additionally, due to their large volume, packaging and transportation costs are also high.

Diapers without fluff pulp, which do not require the use of wood pulp, reduce potential production cost factors. But most diapers without fluff pulp require the use of a costly ADL material as the urine absorption and diffusion layer to complement the use of the core body.
