Price situation of pulp in major regional markets for household paper in January 2024

The specific changes in pulp prices in January 2024 are as follows: the average price of Hebei bleached coniferous wood pulp board (imported) increased by 25 yuan/ton, that’s 5663 yuan/ton. The average price of Hebei bleached hardwood pulp board (imported) has increased by 12 yuan/ton, that’s 5075 yuan/ton. The average price of Guangxi bleached hardwood pulp board (imported) remained the same as last month, is 5500 yuan/ton. In addition, the average price of locally bleached eucalyptus wet pulp (absolute dry) in Guangxi remained the same as last month, is 5300 yuan/ton.

Among non wood pulp raw materials, the average price of Sichuan Chongqing bleached bamboo pulp is about 5650 yuan/ton, a decrease of 50 yuan/ton from December 2023. The average price of Sichuan Chongqing natural bamboo pulp is about 4625 yuan/ton, a decrease of 100 yuan/ton from December 2023. The average price of Guangxi bleached bagasse wet pulp (absolute dry) is about 4550 yuan/ton, which is the same as last month.
