Hayat Celebrates 10th Anniversary of Doing Business in Egypt

Hayat is the largest producer of household paper in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Africa, as well as the world's fourth largest brand of baby diapers, operating in 13 countries worldwide. Hayat has well-known brands in the fields of infant care, women's care, personal health, home care, and household paper. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Hayat's business in Egypt, and the company has launched several innovative products to celebrate this milestone.

In terms of infant and female care products, Hayat Egypt has launched a new generation of Molfix products, which adopt a new flow channel technology, increase absorption speed by three times, and significantly enhance softness.

The Bebem Natural brand product is Hayat Egypt's first and only natural diaper made from natural bamboo fiber and organic cotton.

Hayat Egypt has launched the Molped Ultra Fresh&Comfort sanitary napkin product, which features odor control and can provide a comfortable experience of up to 8 hours.

Hayat launched soft cream toilet paper under the Papia brand, and was the first to introduce 4-layer tissue in Egypt, becoming a high-end brand in the local market.

So far, Hayat has invested over 550 million US dollars in Egypt. Hayat Egypt plans to invest an additional $55 million by the end of 2024 to open two factories specializing in the production of sanitary products and household paper.

Hayat has established 5 production centers in Egypt, which is its production center in North Africa and its export center to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Far East, and the Americas (including the USA). It is expected that Hayat Egypt's export volume will increase from $150 million to $350 million by 2025.
