In 2023, the export volume and export value of household paper both increased year-on-year, continuing the trend of export trade surplus in the first three quarters of 2023, and the situation is good.

The total export volume of household paper is about 1.1131 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 41.67%, and the export amount is 2.373 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 16.71%. The largest year-on-year increase in export volume was for raw paper. If calculated based on export volume, the export of household paper is still mainly finished products (toilet paper, handkerchief paper, tissue paper, napkins, etc.), accounting for 71.0%. The average export price of household paper decreased by 17.62% year-on-year, and the average export price of various products also decreased. The export of household paper products is showing a trend of increasing quantity and decreasing price.
