Andritz neXline Spunlace production line achieves stable operation and high speed and high yield in Juyuan, Jiangsu Province

In November 2020, with the cooperation between Jiangsu Juyuan and Andritz, the introduction of highly cost-effective Andritz neXline eXcelle TT spunlace parallel production line and AndRITz neXline aXcess spunlace cross production line was introduced. The project is a key government project aimed at strengthening the layout of the nonwovens industry in Xuzhou, promoting the coordinated development of upstream and downstream, and injecting new strong impetus into the construction of industrial intelligent manufacturing in northern Jiangsu.

Wang Lun, director of Juyuan, introduced that at present, the production line has reached high speed and high yield, and the speed of the production line can reach 300m/min, and the operation is stable. Spunlace cross production line daily output of 25t, can meet the current order quantity. At this stage, the products of the line are more popular in the market, and a large number of them are sold to the Japanese and Korean markets.
